Welcome to Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC (“Falconi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, visiting our website, or communicating with us by phone, text, email, or website form, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms are intended to set clear expectations for both you, the customer, and us, the service provider.
1. Business Information
Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut and operates in accordance with applicable Connecticut law.
2. Booking & Appointments
Clients may request or book services through our website form, phone, or text message.
To retain a scheduled appointment, the customer must confirm their availability no later than 12 hours before the scheduled service time. We typically send a confirmation text approximately 48 hours before the appointment, and customers will generally have up to 36 hours to respond. If confirmation is not received within that timeframe, the appointment may be automatically canceled or released.
Appointment times are estimates, and while we make every effort to arrive as scheduled, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, service overruns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue service at any time if working conditions are unsafe, the customer or location is hostile or inappropriate, expectations are unrealistic, or the requested work falls outside the reasonable scope of our detailing services.
3. Payments
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards processed through Square, and Zelle.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prepayment is optional unless specifically requested for certain services, appointments, or special circumstances.
Additional Charges
Some vehicles require significantly more time and labor than originally anticipated. In such cases, additional charges may apply as follows:
• Heavily soiled vehicles: $25 per additional 15 minutes of work, up to a maximum of $100.
• Pet hair removal, stain extraction, and scratch removal: $25 per additional 15 minutes of work, up to a maximum of $100.
• Miscellaneous work (tree sap removal, water spot removal, sticker removal, etc): $25 per additional 15 minutes of work, up to a maximum of $100.
Any such charges will be discussed with the customer in advance whenever reasonably possible, and the customer may decline additional work before it is performed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time without penalty.
If poor weather or unsuitable service conditions prevent us from safely or properly completing the service, we will work with the customer to reschedule at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather, equipment issues, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service. Falconi is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that we have safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the time of service. If service conditions are unsafe or inaccessible, we may be unable to complete the appointment.
6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, paint failure, oxidation, worn trim, failing clear coat, cracked plastics, loose components, interior wear, fading, staining, or other prior defects.
While we use reasonable care and professional methods in the performance of our services, we are not liable for damage, limitations in results, or other issues arising from conditions outside our control, including but not limited to:
• Pre-existing wear and tear
• Previously damaged or weakened materials
• Improper prior repairs or repainted surfaces
• Delicate, aged, or deteriorated interior and exterior components
• Weather or environmental conditions
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services
Certain stains, odors, scratches, water spots, embedded contamination, or other cosmetic defects may be permanent or only partially correctable. No detailing service guarantees full restoration unless explicitly stated in writing.
7. Service Results & Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work and always strive to deliver the best possible results within the scope of the selected service.
However, detailing is a cosmetic improvement service, and some conditions may not be fully correctable. In cases where we believe results may be limited, we will communicate that in advance whenever reasonably possible.
If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make a reasonable effort to review the concern and, where appropriate, return to address the issue. This satisfaction policy does not apply to concerns arising from new contamination, normal wear after service, or conditions that were disclosed in advance as limited or non-correctable.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, images, design elements, and service descriptions, is the property of Falconi Automotive Solutions LLC unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or misuse of our website content or branding is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or improper use of our website, booking system, contact forms, or communication channels is also prohibited.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our services, website, or these Terms shall be handled in the State of Connecticut. Where applicable, disputes may be resolved through the appropriate Connecticut court, small claims court, or another dispute resolution method permitted by law.

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our website, communications, or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
